We believe the combination of brioche and potato bread is the best for burger buns. Its soft inside and slightly crusty outside is perfect for burgers or as a dinner roll
Our burger patty's are made from freshly minced beef and salt. No preservatives. We smash two portions of 90 gram balls on a hot griddle ensuring maximum Maillard reaction allowing the patty to reach its full beefy potential.
We load up our Babi Deluxe with two serves of house-cure-smoked maple bacon. Using local pork belly farmed in the Gianyar region of Bali we use a flat griddle to make a super crispy bacon allowing for the perfect texture combination.
This high melt Burger Cheese from is perfect for burgers. It has a rich flavour and melts perfectly over our beef patty's giving a texture that works well
Barbeque Sauce. We make our own Barbeque Sauce here at Gritz. With influence from America's southern style barbeque sauces we gave it a go and we reckon you'll love it too.
Well we just could go without offering onion rings on the Babi Deluxe. This super delicious crumbed onion rings lift this burger to the next level.
