Gritz Sourdough Bread is baked fresh everyday and is available for wholesale delivery. Our recipe is a simple 3 part recipe that gets its pedicular flavour from an aged starter dough made from the fermentation of dough using wild lactobacillaceae and yeast. Making it the best OG sourdough in Bali.
