Our fresh pasta sheets are mixed, kneaded and rolled in-house using Double Zero flour, whole egg, semolina and salt. Packed fresh in 200gr portions for restaurant service or retail, with a 1kg wholesale pack for professional kitchens. Perfect for lasagne, ravioli, cannelloni and hand-cut pasta. Pasta Sheets are used to make Lasagna, Ravioli, Tortellini and more. They can be used at home to create a variety of different pastas as well. Have fun making your own tortellini, ravioli, fettuccini or pappardelle.

Finely milled Double Zero wheat flour creates a smooth, elastic pasta dough that rolls into thin, tender sheets while maintaining enough strength for cutting, filling and layering.
Fresh whole egg provides moisture, protein, richness and colour while helping create the elastic structure required for fresh rolled pasta.
Durum wheat semolina adds strength and a slightly firmer bite to the pasta while helping the sheets maintain structure during rolling and cooking.
Salt seasons the pasta dough without overpowering sauces or fillings.
